The superior king room was spotlessly clean and luxurious. the balcony offered a beautiful view of the harbor. the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, the beach, train station, and interesting retail stores.

overall clean, good value hotel, the location was particularly good and unbeatable next to foreshore park, and beach, light rail & harbour. i booked standard king room, it was new-fashioned and complete with modern bathroom, water views, balcony.

The hotel was nicely decorated and relaxing. It had a lovely location just a short walk from cafes, restaurants, the beach, and the harbour.

The restaurant at this venue was fantastic for both breakfast and dinner, where we both enjoyed delicious warm dishes.

The units are spotless with harbour view. The atmosphere of the hotel is family.

The rooms are reasonably large with a view of the harbour, so that guests have essentials. I have to mention the warm breakfast with great-real barista coffee-as many and the temperature-scalding tea, for example. Outstandingly accommodating staff on night shift, and the ambience is quiet!

The hotel's location is fantastic as it is just steps away from the beach, ocean, harbor, cafes, shops, and key landmarks in Newcastle CBD. I was given a perfectly clean room with a queen bed and an awesome view of Newcastle harbor.

The accommodations are tidy, the night staff is amazing, and they offer a nice breakfast with a good selection of treats.

Clean Rooms - Restaurant had quality food and great value breakfast, parking was a modest price and definetly would only stay there when in Newcastle

An easy stroll to a number of venues around the cbd and beautiful harbor. The city has excellent facilities for cyclists and appears to promote and welcome cyclists throughout the area.

For a new building the linen appears very old and grey or grey that has been washed out. Stains on the towels with the hotel promoting hanging up your towels for the environment have you thinking are these fresh!!!

I stayed for two nights for a work trip and was thoroughly impressed. the online check-in was incredibly convenient, and the speedy service at reception made my arrival smooth. the location is a gem, with the beach, restaurants, and coffee shops all just a short stroll away. My family room was spacious with efficient air conditioning, and the room service menu was both extensive and delivered promptly. the staff were friendly, and housekeeping kept everything spotless.

I do recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed the walk down to the point and across the various park and waterfront area.

The room I had no 326 looked onto a building site and not onto the Newcastle beach as advertised on the bookings site.The room was subject to traffic noice and was not what I expected.I am sure I will not use this hotel again.
